Support Portal should select by default the Platform version, lifetime and development env. from the ticket I have created X minutes/hours ago.

That would be nice, especially if you have multiple infrastructures for different customers, it always takes some extra time to get the latest values. Although for getting the latest version of Service Studio I doubt this would be possible. Also I can see difficulties for the portal to know this information for on-premise installations. But they could in those cases extend the portal that we can set these details per infrastructure/environment, so that we do not have to do it again on every support case.
