A multi platform deployment feature would help in staging (Dev->Test->Qua->Pre Prod->Prod) and in a distributed environment with several production environments.

Totally agree with this one!!
An Agile Data Transporter that knows how to handle dependencies, foreign key's etc. would also come in handy with that!
