It would be great if we have a Fieldset Component  along with the legend text in its property (optional) and a container box with the same behavior as the Container Component.

From version 6.0 you can have webblocks with Placeholders. This is a perfect fit for implementing a Fieldset webblock

I tried building one in 3 minutes... This is how it looks in the designer
