Created on 26 Jun 2024

Hi, Can you provide a way to configure the email sender with OAuth 2.0? On the Service Center > Administration > Email we should have the option to use a standard configuration or Microsoft via MS OAuth 2.0, others... Example of MS Graph API and OAuth 2.0: https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/7875/ms-graph-connector-oauth-2-0-o11 Best Regards, Bruno F. Cantante

Stop debugging when publishing
Created on 25 Apr 2023

We usually get a warning when we want to publish and a debug is running. Our only options are to Publish (it will suspend debug and resume debug later) or to cancel Publish so we can manually stop debug. What about a third option "Stop Debugging and Publish"?

New process status "Locked" identical to "Suspended" but that not resume process during impact analysis on publish.Goal is to stop processes in run time that require validations before continue running (ex. an error on financial transaction during an automatic activity execution).

Switching Themes at Runtime

Like the title says. I think it would be great to be able to switch them at runtime. We have some applications that the CSS depends on the user that is logged in. Now we use a trick to do it, but it would be great if the platform would support this natively.

“Open Email in Browser” Preview for Developers
Created on 02 Jun 2025

Hi, I have an idea to simplify email development in OutSystems a screen to preview email's HTML with dynamic data directly in the browser. the goal will be, Allow us developers to see the final rendered email (with parameters) in a browser during development. Benefits: Speeds up email design & testing. Easy debugging of layout/data issues. Can be reused as a live “View in Browser” link if needed. Best Regards, Faiz Khan

Add the Start Index parameter to local storage aggregates
Created on 18 Feb 2021
Márcio Lima

It would be helpful to have the Start Index parameter in the local storage aggregates as well.Right now it is only available for the server aggregates, meaning that if we want to implement the pagination functionality for local entities, we need to iterate through the list to make it work, which is not ideal. The standard pattern for mobile is the OnScrollEnding action, but for a tablet focused app, that pattern may not be the best fit. For tablets, it's also common to use the table widget, which doesn't have the OnScrollEnding functionality enabled, making the pagination the best alternative.

New Certification: Integration Specialist

There's still a gap in terms of documentation/training concerning integration, comparing to other topics.A certification involving Excel; APIs SOAP/REST; External DB; SAP; AZURE; Extensions; Login/SAML; AD; Integration Builder with proper documentation available would help to raise the level of developers.

Include CPU and Memory in Environment Monitoring
Created on 14 Mar 2023
Damian Fonville
13
By including CPU and Memory history graphs , administrators can easily determine if an unresponsive environment is caused by a single front-end server or if all servers are overloaded. This information would allow them to identify the root cause of the problem and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
