About the Job

• Salary: upto $3500 Net
• Working Mode: Remote Fulltime
• Time Zone: GMT+8 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from storyboard and design, develop to testing and deployment
• Develop user interfaces, application logic, and integrations with external systems.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Follow best practices for coding, testing, and version control within the OutSystems environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for application design, functionality, and development processes.
• Participate in code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Work within an Agile development framework, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Experiences

• 5+ years of experience in IT, with hands-on development experience.
• Experience in OutSystems development.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and UI/UX best practices.
• Experience with integrating third-party APIs and web services (e.g., RESTful).
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL queries for relational databases (e.g., SQL Server).
• Able to speak and write well in English for easier communication with others.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Have prior team lead experience 

Preferred Skills and Experiences

• Able to work after office hours in case of emergency events
