About the role

We are seeking experienced OutSystems Migration Professionals to support a large-scale application modernization initiative. The project involves migrating existing applications from OutSystems to a modern technology stack utilizing React and Fastify, hosted on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). We are specifically looking for hands-on Architects, Technical Leads, and Migration Specialists who have direct experience in migrating applications out of OutSystems. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of application modernization strategies, migration planning, architecture assessment, and cloud-native application development.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing OutSystems applications and identify modernization opportunities.
• Participate in migration strategy, planning, and execution activities.
• Analyze application architecture, integrations, workflows, and dependencies.
• Support migration from OutSystems to React and Fastify-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, development, and infrastructure teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Assist with application redesign, API integration, testing, deployment, and post-migration support activities.
• Contribute to modernization best practices, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer initiatives.
• Support deployment and hosting activities on OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Identify and mitigate migration risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with OutSystems.
• Proven experience in migrating applications from OutSystems to modern technology platforms.
• Experience with application modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience with React.
• Experience with Fastify and/or Node.js.
• Experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP).
• Strong understanding of application architecture, integrations, APIs, and modernization frameworks.
