  • Centralized recruitment process. Every aspect of the candidate's journey is centralized in a single solution.


  • Candidates receive a web form to fill with all technologies in the different projects, separated by High Skills and Jobs. The granularity of the tool in the candidate search system is the big difference from a normal ATS (developed for general recruitment and not for IT recruitment).


  • Search system based on Jobs and Skills. Skills have a hierarchy (Eg. Java is the Programming language used in Spring Framework) supported by a learning system to update with new skills and new technologies (Very recurrent in IT Market).


  • Search system can parse normal CVs in different formats. A customized CV is auto generated based on the data in the candidate profile and the client´ s brand.


  • API integration with client website, Linkedin and other recruitment platforms or job boards. TRM is also integrated with Google SSO and Google Calendar.
