About File Manager

This plugin provides an advanced file download functionality that persists beyond app termination, runs in the background and continues even when the user closed/suspended the application. The plugin includes progress updates and primarily designed for long-term transfer operations for resources like video, music, and large images.

Fixes

Updates dependency on File Plugin to latest version (4.1.3)
Fixes an error on native apps running version 2 of the File Transfer Plugin but get an OTA update with version 3 of the File Transfer Plugin: CheckFileTransferPlugin was incorrectly returning OS-PLUG-FLTR-0003 in Error structure. After this fix, it now correctly returns OS-PLUG-FLTR-0002 in Warning structure.
Fixes a similar error for OTA where the OS-PLUG-FILE-0002 warning from CheckFilePlugin (via File Plugin dependency) was being treated as an error when it should be a warning.
The OTA procedure from older plugin versions has been improved. Now CheckFileTransferPlugin returns IsAvailable=True even if on a mobile app with version 2 bundled in the mobile package. Non-deprecated client actions now also work with in this scenario, whereas before they returned an error.
