Details

File Plugin lets you manage files and folders on a mobile device within the app sandbox.

This plugin implements a File API allowing read/write access to the files in the folders within the application. I.e., each application has a sandbox and a set of folders accessible in that sandbox.

Functionality includes:

List, create and delete directories
List, read, create and delete files
Obtain URIs for file and directories

Note: This plugin does not provide root access.

The latest version of the File Plugin is compatible with the supported MABS versions available:

MABS 11

Fixes

Fixes an error on native apps running version 3 of the File Plugin but get an OTA update with version 4 of the File Plugin: CheckFilePlugin was incorrectly returning OS-PLUG-FILE-0003 in Error structure. After this fix, it now correctly returns OS-PLUG-FILE-0002 in Warning structure.
Forward compatibility with future MABS version.
