The purpose of the application is to know if the desired year (or set of years) is a leap year or not.

For this, a function was created which returns a value of true or false to the developer to find out if that year is a leap year.

Then we have an action that returns a list of leap years according to the range of years that the developer enters.

We have an action that returns a list of non-leap years according to the range of years that the developer introduces.

And finally, we have a function that returns the value of how many leap years there are in a range of available years.
