This function allows the user to input a date and the number of days to be added to that date. It will output a future working date, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

The component in the first version contains two functions:

1. CheckPublicHoliday: This function takes an input date and checks whether it falls on a public holiday or not
2. AddWorkingDay: This function takes an input date and the number of days to be added to that date, and returns an output date that excludes weekends and public holidays.

Please note that the data in the public holiday entity is based on Malaysia's public holidays as a sample. You may change the data to suit your country's public holidays.
