Transform the Frappe Gantt JS library to the Outsystems component.

This one is just the light version with some amendments:

• remove the resize function
• replace double click function by the click function
• add 
  • highlight for weekend's date (view by day)
  • functions:
    • take snapshot
    • export chart by image
    • scroll to today
    • scroll to specified date
    • scroll to specified bar
    • visualize by on time / late color
    • highlight
    • clear the active clicked bar
    • rename bar
• remove drag and drop function
• visualize by progress / complete color
• add showing of cross dependencies
• fixed header always on top when scrolling
• alternative background grid rows' color
