GET /api/Age/calculateAge: This method calculates the age of a person based on the provided date of birth. It accepts two parameters:

• dateOfBirth: A string representing the date of birth of the person. It should be in either "yyyy-MM-ddTHH:mm:ss" or "yyyy-MM-dd" format.
• utcOffset (optional): An integer representing the UTC offset in hours. It allows adjustment for different time zones. By default, it's set to 0.

If the date of birth is valid and within the supported formats, the API returns the calculated age in a structured format. If the date format is invalid, it returns a BadRequest response with a relevant error message.
