The CRM system focuses on improving the management of a company’s interactions with current and potential customers. It aims to enhance customer relationships, boost satisfaction, and increase retention through efficient tracking, communication, and engagement strategies.
The project was built using OutSystems Reactive best practices and the standard 3-Layer Architecture (Foundation, Core, End-User). It includes modular design, reusable services, and integrations with external systems such as DA, TWA, and Notification Gateway.
