Grafana Faro RUM adds Real User Monitoring to your OutSystems 11 Reactive Web apps and sends the data to Grafana (Grafana Cloud Frontend Observability or a self-hosted Grafana Alloy receiver), using the open-source Grafana Faro Web SDK.

Built for locked-down environments

• The Faro scripts ship inside the component. No CDN is used at runtime, so strict CSPs and restricted networks work.
• No proxy and no server-side processing: the browser sends straight to your Grafana endpoint.
• Fail silent: if it is disabled, misconfigured or the collector is unreachable, your app behaves exactly as without it.
• Privacy-safe defaults: no names or emails, query strings stripped from URLs, trace headers sent to same-origin requests only.
