Add functions:

• change_assignee: to change the assignee text on bar
• change_priority_color: to change the bar color based on the priority changes if the planning is on priority mode
• remove_task: to remove the bar without reload
• resize_and_postion: to resize and reposition due to the changes of timeline, status, etc

Update functions:

• Alternative bar color for view mode other than day view mode
• Set start of the Gantt chart all way the previous Monday
• Today highlight for all view mode other than day view mode
• scroll_to_action: add AllowScrollX input parameter to determine should align center of the screen or not
• ChangeViewMode: add the new list for refresh without reload
