Hi there,

Could someone let me know whether I have to do two installations or one installtion of platform server for the below scenario?

Below is the UAT environment. It has two servers A & B as shown in the diagram. May I know whether we have to do two installations of  platform server which is:

1. In server A:  Install platform server by selecting the option Deployment Controller + Database  

2. In server B: Install platform server by selecting the option server

What I mean by option is from installation checklist as shown in the screenshot

Hi,

If you want database separate from outsystem or platform server then you need two server otherwise one server is fine. You can install both in the same server.

Hi,

you can install both on the same server or

  • Server A: Install with Deployment Controller + Database.
  •  Server B: Install with Server.
