Carousel Next action doesn't work properly (doesn't animate)

I have a carousel with 1 Yes/No question in each carousel item. The functionality I want is that when a user answers Yes to a question, it should automatically slide to the next question (with a slide animation).

What is currently happening:

  1. Click Yes on question 1, the carousel doesn't advance.
  2. Click Yes on question 1 a 2nd time, the carousel slides to question 2 (with animation).
  3. Click Yes on question 2, the carousel advances but without the slide animation.
  4. Click Yes on question 3, the carousel advances but without the slide animation. 
  5. Etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

So as per the understanding and based on the information, I have treid to make a carousel .I am attaching a sample for reference and if it is what you want see the oml I attached below  - ShowCarousal

Thanks for this OML. Your setup looks similar to what I have, but I notice that you have the Yes/No question/answer outside the carousel.

I want the Yes/No question/answer INSIDE the carousel.

In other words, each carousel item is a question/answer set, and the carousel goes to the Next slide when users answer "Yes".

Note: The last question will not be a yes/no question, but users will only make it to the last question if they answer Yes to all the previous questions.
