How to download email?

Hi,

I want to download an email, is there any option available from service center? currently I am able to download from systems table i.e Email_content. But what extension I should give so that it get converted into mail template.

Hi @virat kohli ,

In service studio change the Send Email Properties log content value to Yes.


Trigger the email again, Now in Service center your template will be available for download under email logs (Monitoring --> Emails)
