That is a strange error given that the Department entity is part of the same module, and you can query the Employee entity data.
Could you double check that the DepartmentId Attribute data type is the Id of the Department entity in your module, and not by accident to another Department entity in another module, that might have different team lifetime permissions.
Let me check with OutSystems what is going on.

I am running into the same issue. I tried closing my VPN, but I still get the same error message in Service Studio.
