Hi @Mansoor Ali ,

Uninstall Service Studio completely and Reinstall Service Studio.

If the issue persists, reach out to OutSystems Support.

Thanks,

Hello,

It's in dark mode. I recommend going to the Control Panel, uninstalling it, and then reinstalling it.

Best regards.

Please see if installing an older version solves your issue ? say 11.54.86 ?

I faced a similar issue with Service Studio version 11.55.3 on Windows Server 2022. Downgrading to version 11.54.x resolved the problem in my case. btw I am not sure the exact cause.

Dear @Mansoor Ali ,

I think your .net framework is corrupted, try to repair it.

Unistall outsystems and try to repair the .net framework in your system, link provided below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135

Before repair, try to clear all the OS appdata from the drive.

Let me know if this sloves the issue.

Thanks

Dear Mansoor,

I also faced this issue before, and here are some steps that might help you resolve it:

  1. Restart Service Studio & Run as Administrator
  2. Clear Cache – Delete the folder: %localappdata%\OutSystems\Service Studio\Cache
  3. Update or Reinstall Service Studio
  4. Check Logs – Located at %localappdata%\OutSystems\Service Studio\Logs for error details
  5. Disable Extensions & VPN – Some extensions or network restrictions may interfere
  6. Ensure System Meets Requirements – Verify your system meets OutSystems’ recommended specifications

Try these steps and let me know if the issue persists.

Best regards,
Mukesh kumar S
