I've been working through some examples (Employee Directory) during my trial. I think myself and a.n.other have been accidentally sharing an environment. I have started a new project (with my initials as a suffix). With the 6 days I have left, I now want to reset my progress so that I can keep track of where I am as I repeat the training. Is this possible?Either that or there is another explanation as to why my local mods are not there or the original project? Does OutSystems try and keep the environment in sync with recorded progress?

1. The free environments for ODC are shared. It is stated in a lot of places that you get a shared environment for at least 10 days. Luckily you only have one person there, it could be dozens!
2. The environment is not synced with your progress. Maybe someone else edited it by accident (you can see who published)? But you can start again at any time. Either to practice, to review or just to make it in a different way.

I’ve started again and am almost back up to where I need to be.
I’ve really enjoyed getting to learn this tool. Hopefully I can continue beyond the remaining 5 days.

You can save the oml and after the environment is disconnected, just request a new one and publish your project there.
Careful so you don't forget any library.

The link to request an ODC environment will be on top of every ODC course like before.
I now have two further issues.1. I am getting an error message when trying to log in to my second set of 10 days in ODC. I get the response "We weren't able to connect you. We couldn't find the organisation because it does not exist or there was a communication error."2. When I tried to login to my environment my password is reject and the password reset does not send me an email.....Any guidance how I can get the environment back. I was so close to finishing the tutorial!!!

Are you sure that is the new address, not the original one?
The 119 is the old address but upon the renewal 6 days ago it allowed me to carry on.Now I am locked out of both the 119 environment and the main OutSystems portal login.I have amended the organisation to the 144 but as cannot seem to login to confirm and the 'forgotten email' link isn't emailing me.
The 119 is offline and probably deleted by now.
You can only connect to 144. If you are rejected, it can be for too many invalid attempts. I would wait until tomorrow to retry.
Been a couple of days that I've not been able to log into the portal. Worryingly, the password reset hasn't sent me an email today or earlier in the week. I've checked for spam.
I've waited 24 hours and sadly I still cannot log into the environment (144) or reset my password.I'm unsure how I can continue my evaluation and training if I am locked out. Any thoughts? Can someone look behind the scenes and see what and how my account is linked?
