When I try to capture a new snapshot, it keeps loading continuously but does not capture the latest updates. Please let me know if anyone else has faced a similar issue.

It seems like you might want to check if any of the modules in the Discovery app are showing warnings. If there are any, try republishing those specific modules.
Alternatively, you could try redeploying the published version of the modules in the Discovery app, and then attempt to capture the new snapshot again.
