when adding reference to latest version of plugin we have an error mule definition is incompatible. we have all references of all producers up-to-date. Removing reference to Local Notification Plugin fixes the error. However we need to have ability to send local system notifications. What is curious that even without this plugin application can somehow send notification "Heads up! Enable OutSystems developer tool...."... How does app do this without this plugin?

You can check whether the plugin version have any updates. if your plugin updated check if other plugins like push notification and firebase are interfering with local notification.
