Only employees of Sales Partners can do the Certified Sales/Pre-sales course the same way only employees of Training Partners can do the Certified Trainer course.
All other certifications/specializations are public.

I am responding in English as per the forum policies, which require that we use English so that the entire community can understand the topics being discussed.
Regarding the official sales training, it is available in your personal area as shown in the following image, but only when your account is associated with an official partner.

There are no (and never have been) official forum policies regarding the language to use. With the recent AI translation feature, it's even easier to have a conversation in different languages.

I went to review the code of conduct and it really doesn't mention using English as the language so that the entire community understands the topics being discussed. I don't know, but I have this idea and concern. However, with the inclusion of AI translation, I think it alleviates the concern of using English.

It has never mentioned it, though we as moderators were pushing for it before we had the translation feature. Now, with the translation feature, we're no longer asking people to write in English as the most common languages can be translated just fine.
