I am writing this email to understand if it is possible to migrate all my OutSystems certificates that ties to my previous company's working email to my personal account?
Because my previous outsystems account that was registered using my ex-company account has been disabled, hence I cannot login into that account anymore.

I did tried with that method in the link that you provided, it failed because i can't login using my ex company email already. Maybe i try to raise Outsystems support ticket.

A couple of things:
The account belong to the individual, not to the company. They can remove you from their partner area, but not from community.
You should be able to retrieve it, as long as you know the password, even if you no longer have access to the email. And then you can change the email in that account to a personal one and link accounts.

I see, thanks for the input. Btw, I tried to login with the credential that i previously use, and systems shows incorrect password, and i'm pretty sure that i entered the right password. Furthermore, there is no way for me to reset password as i no longer have access to that email.
Anyway, for now i have raised the support ticket and waiting for the response. Besides that, any other advice ?

Upon reading your original message, I see that your OutSystems account was created with your previous company's email. My advice is to contact your former employer to have them reactivate your email so that you can transfer the account to your personal email. Please note that I have encountered situations in the past where the company had to declare that the account belongs to you and that it does not contain any company programs, but rather your personal training.
As a note for the future, before the end of your contract, you should change the account email from the company email to your personal email. This way, when you start at a new company and enter your new company email, your certifications will be correctly associated.
