I'm currently working with the AI Agent Builder feature and have encountered an issue I'm hoping someone can help me with.
When I interact with the agent in the chat interface, I receive an "Event trigger failed" error message displayed . Additionally, the agent itself responds with "Something went wrong trying to answer your question. Could you ask again?". This happens consistently, even after a simple input like "hello".
It seems like something is failing when the platform tries to trigger the AI agent's response mechanism.
Has anyone else encountered this 'Event trigger failed' error in the AI Agent Builder? Are there specific logs or debugging steps I should check within the OutSystems environment to understand what trigger or event is failing?
Any help or suggestions on how to diagnose and resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated!

It seems the issue persists in ODC's shared environment. The Agent Builder is throwing errors only in the shared setup, whereas it works perfectly fine in our company's enterprise edition.
I believe we need to raise a support ticket with OutSystems for this.
