Is there a standardized process or method to check and confirm the current status of an asset after it has been posted, ensuring that it reflects the intended state such as 'Active', 'Inactive', or any other predefined status?

You can view the status of your assets, including whether they’ve been rejected or deactivated. By definition, a deactivated asset is one that is no longer visible or accessible to other community members.
If the asset is active and published then you won't see any status displayed
