Hi all,

I have trouble related to logging, right now our website is facing slow to load web page or sometimes cannot load the page at all. the client browser says "site can't be reached" error. So in this kind of situation is there any way to detect this log at service center or any way to do logging for this.

Hello Zaw,

Good day.

To check error logs in the OutSystems Service Center, navigate to the Service Center console (e.g., https://<your_server>/ServiceCenter) and then go to the Monitoring section. Within Monitoring, you'll find various log types, including Errors.

That would be great if you share the service center error log details.

In OutSystems, APDEX (Application Performance Index) is a metric used to measure user satisfaction with an application's performance.

Hello Zaw,

For this kind of issue usually the reason could be internet connection issues, restriction on DNS etc. You could definitely check the logs mentioned in other responses, but please also have the internet connectivity and server issues looked into.
