This post is to let you know about an important update to some of our Global Support phone numbers, which will take effect on Monday, June 30th, 2025.
We're always working to make your support experience better. This upcoming change will better integrate our phone support with our other communication channels, helping our teams assist you more efficiently.

What happens if you call an old number?
If you call one of the old, changed numbers after the new ones are active, you’ll hear a message guiding you to the correct new number. This recorded message will be in place for 30 days to assist with the transition.
We encourage you to update any saved contact information with the new numbers once they are active.
You will find the most up-to-date contact information on the 'Contact Channels' section of our public Support terms and service level agreements (SLA) for OutSystems software page. This page will be updated with all new numbers on June 30th.
