RabbitMQ is not automatically updated as part of the Platform Server or LifeTime upgrade process.
Question 1: No, RabbitMQ is not updated automatically when you upgrade the OutSystems Platform or LifetTme.You must manage the RabbitMQ installation manually, if an upgrade is required.
Question 2: Yes, if the RabbitMQ version you're currently using is not compatible with the version of OutSystems Platform you are upgrading to, then you should:Manually download the supported version of RabbitMQ.Install it separately before or after upgrading the Platform.Reconfigure the connection settings if needed.
Please check Installation checklist If your current RabbitMQ version is still supported, you may not need to upgrade it.
