Can you please check your database entity and data type of the entity attributes. May be some mismatch in what you passing and what in entity attributes.

Go to Service Center > Monitoring > Errors and look for the detailed error message. 

Look for constraint violations ,Null value in required field, Text is too long etc.

Test the feature in debug mode.
