the enviroment you're logged into doesn't support 'screen data dependencies'.upgrade

Hi,

after my group leader upadte a new version, i open my application, this time it is fine, after i add some new page it arise error "......doesn't support screen...", and open other application which i change anything also have this error. so how can i do?  i m a newbie

Hi ,
Please ask your system administrator or IT team to upgrade your OutSystems environment. 
This is the recommended fix.
You need your Dev and Test environments upgraded to match the Service Studio version or the version your group leader is using.

If you're on OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC), this is usually managed automatically — otherwise for OutSystems 11 (O11), your IT/infra team must upgrade the environment manually.

Use an older version of Service Studio (Not recommended long term)

  • If you're just testing or don't want to upgrade the server right away:

    • Uninstall your current Service Studio

    • Download and install a version that matches your server version (from OutSystems download archives)

  • This avoids the error but limits access to newer features.

Can you specify, whether it's O11 or ODC platform on which you are working?

Plus, can you double check with your group leader what kind of upgrade they have carried out? 

  • Platform upgrade? 
  • which version? 
  • comparison between old & new one?
  • or something else?

After upgrade, those changes are applied to all the apps or not?

Have you refreshed the all application by running solution?

It's only you who is facing this issue or everyone in your team?

If this issue is faced by everyone in your team then I would recommend you to raise a support ticket with OutSystems support team.
