Unable to connect to Service Studio

Hello everyone,

I’m experiencing a connection issue with Service Studio on our OutSystems platform.

Context:

  • I am an Admin in LifeTime and have access to Service Center.

  • Until yesterday, I could connect to Service Studio on the Dev environment without issues.

  • Since today, I get the following error: "We are not able to connect to you"

  • The issue occurs on all environments (Dev/Test/Prod).
  • My colleagues can still connect to Service Studio normally on the same environments.
  • I have tried:

    • Closing and reopening Service Studio

    • Reboot my pc

    • Verifying my version (11.55.36; the OutSystems website shows 11.55.37)

Thank you very much for your help!

Hello @Braham ayad,

As you mentioned that you are Admin, so are you trying to access the Service Studio with your Admin credentials or have you setup your another profile as normal developer and trying to login with that in service studio? If it was working for you earlier then it might be something wrong with your profile or there might be some system/network configuration issues. Can you please try to login with your credentials on some other system and also try to switch your network? And in the last you can go with OutSystems support ticket to resolve your issue.

Thanks,

Sachin

Hi @Sachin Waghmare  ,

thanks for your reply.

Here is the error message I get (screenshot attached). I receive the same error on any environment I try to connect to (both company environments Dev/Test/Prod and also my Personal environment).

  • I already tried switching networks (office WiFi, home WiFi, even mobile hotspot) → the error is the same.

Hi

Clear local cache

  • Close Service Studio.

  • Delete the cache folders (they’ll be recreated): %LocalAppData%\OutSystems\ServiceStudio 11

  • Reopen Service Studio and try again.

  • If still not work then
Reinstall Service Studio completely (uninstall, delete %LocalAppData%\OutSystems, reinstall latest).

  • If issue persists, raise a ticket with OutSystems Support attaching your Service Studio logs: %LocalAppData%\OutSystems\ServiceStudio 11\Logs\ServiceStudio.log
