Facing this error when trying to login with environment, also got this sheet showing error

You can try couple of things:
- Reinstall Service studio.
- Open a support ticket with OutSystems.
- Check Timeout setting.
- Restart machine, try to clear caches temp files.

@Ayushi Kumari this depends on the type of support your enterprise environment has.if you have a 8x5 suuport it takes approx 4 business hours , for 24x7 support it is 1 hour.It also depends on the severity of the ticket; - for urgetnt and 8x5 response time is 4 business hours, for high 8x5 it is 8 business hours.

If you have already tried solution suggested by @Manish Jawla and still facing the issue, please try below.
Some of the teams working from India (and middle east) having internet service interruption/latency issue due to red sea cable cut situation. You may try working with your network teams to restore the situation may be by bypassing/rerouting from internet security setup etc. You can also check the access status from home network as well as office network.
