[ODC] Can I edit workflow by programming? Not in ODC portal‘s editor

Hi,

In ODC workflow, we add，edit and publish workflows in editor.

Is there any api for programming to add processes or activities? I didn't find any about this.

Does ODC have these? Thanks for your reply.
