Unable to "Create New Package" under "Mobile Distribution" tab in ODC for a Mobile App.

Getting the above error always will it get automatically fixed or do I need to open a support case? or is there any configuration we need to do in ODC environment?

Kindly help on the above problem, thanks in advance.
