Unable to Login to Applications in Outsystems O11 After Email Change

Hi Team,

I recently changed my Outsystems account email from babitha.k@infanion.com to babithavk492@gmail.com. I am able to log in to Service Studio (O11) with the updated email address (babithavk492@gmail.com).

However, I am not able to log in to any of my created applications. It shows an “invalid username or password” error whenever I try to access them.

This issue is blocking my work, and I would appreciate your urgent support in resolving it.

Hello @Babitha V K 

The User Login which you did on platform is different and the user you log into User Session apps( Apps created on OutSystems) are both different.
There are IT Users and Application Users - If you change password of you account that you use to log into service studio It is your IT User account, and the user you log into the application is a application user,

Also, if you try logging in with old email address it will work.

Hi Tousif,

You were right — I had noticed earlier as well that I was able to log in using my previous email address.

What I did now was go through this link: https://[your-server]/users, and updated my username and email address on that page. After making this change, I am now able to log in with my new email address successfully.

What I did now was go through this link: https://[your-server]/users, and updated my username and email address on that page. After making this change, I am now able to log in with my new email address successfully.
