[Android Permission Plugin] Having error generating mobile distribution

Im trying to use the Android Permission Plugin in my app for ODC 


but when I try and generate a distribution im getting this error Extensibility Configurations of Android Permission Plugin must use a newer schema when targeting Capacitor. (OS-MCS-40006) 

How do I fix this?

Any help is appreciated
