HTML2PDF Error

I'm having trouble on using the HTML2PDF in my application,

"GetWorkingDirectory' Action is incompatible with the 'HtmlToPdf' extension definition. Please update it."

this error shows up when I run.

what could be the problem?

Let me try to help you, but I need more information from your side.

  • Which version of the component are you using? Is the one avaialble here?
  • Which version of the platform are you using?

Based on the information that you sent until now, it seems that you need to refresh the reference from your espace to the extension is broken. You can try to refresh it, please check the online help if you need to know how to do it.

I am using Service Studio 7.0 version sir, and yes that is the HTML2PDF that I am using.
