I got a notification 4 days ago that my personal environment had gone to sleep and would be deleted deleted within 15 days. I was unable to react immediately but figured I had at least 15 days.
Now my Service Studio tells me it is paused and offers a WAKE ENVIRONMENT button.
When I click this it takes me to the outsystems.com/csportal/ then immediately redirects to www.outsystems.com/personaledition/ which looks very different to the normal home page I am used to when I get these notifications from time to time. There is no WAKE UP button on this or any related pages that I can find.
It now seems to have created a new personal space for me under personal-kwzoedj9.outsystems.dev/apps as I can see the default apps there on the web page.
My Service studio environment is still set to lhanger.outsystemscloud.com and I still cannot connect, even if I change Service Studio to use the above new environment.
Has my space been deleted or is there some change to the way things work? How do I get Service studio to connect to this new personal space if it has been deleted? (I seriously hope it hasn't)
Hello.
This discussion is valid in Personal Environment (O11). Go to Trial Portal like Mihai linked and wake it up.
Most links in the OS site are pointing to ODC, but you can still use your O11 environment if you look for it.
ODC
If you activate a Personal Edition that goes away in 3 days, it is because you created it and never used it. ODC PEs require more engagement than O11 PEs. If you create it and don't login into it, it goes away. If you stay offline for too long, it goes away. No suspension, really gone.
But at least, there is a reminder a couple of days before, so you have time to recover it.
Hi @Lester Hanger ,
You should be able to wake your environment up from this page: Trial Portal . You can also see the details about your environment there.
If the link doesn't work you can go to Tools > O11 .
Thanks so much guys! The link to Trial Portal did the trick.
