When using the barcode plugin with a PWA on iPad (app added to home screen) and rotated to landscape mode, the orientation of the image is incorrect

Referencing  "added to home screen", here is an example (youtube):

The barcode scanner works well on iPhone in any orientation, as well as iPad in portrait orientation.

The below screenshot is from one of my applications, but it seems to affect everything.

This seems like a bug, but am i missing something? Final note - I do have it set up to automatically adjust orientation.
