To clarify, OutSystems certifications, including ODC certifications, do not require separate "budgets" allocated for obtaining them as a default process. Hello.
The titles you mention are wrong. Professional and Advanced are not available.
You have the Associate Developer. You can now choose to take any of the five:
When you have all five, you will be granted the Expert.
In terms of budget, the Associate is a certification, costs 200 USD. The other 5 are specializations and cost 100 USD each.
If you choose to do O11, the full path is similar, but bigger with 4 more certifications (200 USD each). If you plan on doing both paths, you can get Web Specialist equivalence for free, and Front-Web/Mobile/Security the same exam counts for both versions. So 6 specializations are all you need to pay to be certified Expert on both.
