I am using the Personal Environment for years now love to play around in that. Normally when I would go to outsystems.com I would see a overview of that environment etc. Because I saw Outsystems can do some things with AI I came accross Outsystems Personal Edition. I opent that but did not do anything with it. Only now I can only see my overview of outsystems.com/personaledition instead of the personal enviroment. So I'm a bit afraid I will loose al my work in the Peronsal Enviroment. Will that be the case?

Yes. The outsystems community platform has been upgraded but you can still view your personal environment status using below link.

You can still use it, if it is deleted you can fetch a new environment, if it went to sleep then you can wake it up.
But you will lose your applications if your personal environment has been deleted and you haven't taken any backup.

It is to complement O11, not to replace. Although most people will only use one of them.
And you can access it here: (it is easy to find because it is the hot new thing)

You can still use the O11 PE.
The link for both is at the top, under Tools.
Remember that while O11 PE goes to sleep if inactive for two weeks, ODC PE will be deleted if inactive for one week.
