Web Developer Specialist exam for O11 and ODC are very similar. You can do the path to ODC Specialization to train for O11.

With the bonus that if you are ODC certified, and pass the O11 exam, and complete this path, you get the ODC specialization.

IMO, web specialist is not too difficult comparing to the associate one, just some real practices are added in. Therefore, if you have experience working with web reactive O11, it should be ok to easily get this cert.
For Associate and Web specialist, if you get the O11 certs, you just watch some more course of appropriate ODC, then they will grant you the ODC certs, too.
