Hello.

The IDE for ODC is called ODC Studio. You just log into your ODC Portal and you have the link.

Hello,

From the navigation bar, go to Tools --> ODC. You will find the Start Building button. Once you click it and log in, as Nuno mentioned, you will be redirected to the ODC Portal. From there, you will see Download ODC Studio at the top.

I was giving the generic solution in case it is an Enterprise ODC license.

Sherif's answer applies for most cases. Anyone can create a Personal Edition and get it.
