Hi Team,

I am configuring the AI chat bot in the studio , I have followed every step which is given in the  Configurator but at this step i am getting an error even thouh I have give admin permissions enabled

screenshots attached ... please assist further

Hi @Nandini Ts 

The issue should be definitely happening at the “Validate permission” step inside the OutSystems.AI Chatbot (O11) configurator, even though Azure shows:

  • Application.ReadWrite.OwnedBy
  • Status: Granted for Default Directory

So Azure permission itself is likely correct. The most probable causes could be:

  • Wrong admin role
  • OAuth/session issue
  • Enterprise Application consent not synced
