Is it possible to build a 'scenario-based chatbot service' using services installed in outsystems' forge?
While building a reactive service, I'm planning to create a FAQ using a "scenario-based chatbot."
When the user touches the chat image, I want to display a chat frame, allowing them to read the question and select an option.
Is this possible with OutSystems? Are there any examples?

It is absolutely possible in Outsystems. But I think using AI just for the simple flow as you mentioned is really waste because you have option for users to proceed. Its ok for a trial of AI in Outsystems, please refer below links:
