i don't use family name with my official name but outsystems form is forcing me to enter the last name for form fill up for exam. On all of my valid government ids' i do not have the family name. Because of this i am not able to give the exam. Please help me what sould i do?

Unfortunately, as community members, we can’t officially assist with this. I recommend opening a support ticket with OutSystems and/or Prometic.
@chirag ghaghat : Please enter your Given Name and Surname exactly as shown on your passport in the First Name and Last Name fields. As long as these details match your ID proof, you should not face any issues during exam ID verification.
on passport i have only chirag . Should i use father's name as last name?

Prometic has very specfic rules. If you enter one name and then your Id doesn't match, they will not allow you to take the exam.
Check with Prometric support how to register.
Hi @chirag ghaghat ,my colleague has faced the same Prometric doesn't allow him to write the exam , they follow a very strict rules, and as a community member we can't suggest anything , raise a support case to the outsystems
So now how he is giving the exams?
