I've registered my account in Outsystems but I don't receive the confirmation email so I can't activate my account and login; I tryed may time the ask the resend but nothing: no confirmation email sent (yes, the email address is correct and I've nothing in spam, trash, ecc.).
Someone can help?

I'd say Neo AI suggestions are the way to go. The email should arrive in seconds, if not, it may be your server blocking it.

unfortunately, Neo AI's suggestions are very generic (check spam folder, resend the confirmation email, etc.). I also tried whitelisting all emails from @outsystems.com on the server, but that didn't work either.
Perhaps the only solution is to contact support helpdesk, but I see that it only works by appointment in a few days, without the option to open a ticket.
That appointment is probably for sales.

I think there's a blocking filter on the Outsystems side: I also tried with another personal email address of mine and Outsystems classifies it as a temporary address (it is perfectly valid, I've been using it for years). I don't understand what criteria Outsystems uses to classify it as temporary but, at least in my case, this criteria is wrong and block my registration.
I think the only solution is to make an appointment.
